Mywatchesjewelry.com had passion in quality; our aim is to bring 100% satisfaction to our customer. Each of our items will be inspected for quality before shipping so that you are 100% satisfied.
If you find any of your received items to be defective and damaged. We will gladly provide you with replacement (please send us a photo of the damaged goods). Products returned for any reason other than damage or defects will NOT be eligible neither for return nor exchange.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the goods we send you (where delivered merchant is not tally with the order invoice), please contact us within seven day of delivery. Postage charge will be exempted.

If the exchange or replace good is out of stock, buyer could request for replacement by other equivalent / higher selling price merchants where shortage of excess amount has to be top up by purchaser.
In the case of exchange or replacement, buyer has to contact us within 24 hours when parcel received and return the goods within 2 business days from the day informed. Only one time exchange or replacement will be accepted. To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you email us:
- Your order number / order ID
- Product name of the item you wish to exchange
- Reason for exchange / replace ( e.g. defective item)
